Biola University is a top college, according to newest ranking published this fall. According to Forbesā description of Biola, the universityās dedication to studentsā spiritual growth and professional development helped make it on the list of top colleges.
In addition to the top colleges list, Biola earned a mention on ¹ó“ǰł²ś±š²õā āPrivate Collegesā list, āResearch Universitiesā list and āColleges on the West Coastā list.
Forbes ranks colleges based on several categories: alumni salary, debt, graduation and retention rate, academic success and return on investment. Notably, Biola students are well-prepared for post-grad life, with 90% of students reporting finding employment or enrolling in graduate school within 6 months of graduation.
Forbes also highlighted Biolaās merit scholarships that assist students in paying tuition. Despite Biola being a private university in one of the most expensive markets in the country, 100% of undergraduates receive financial aid, with merit scholarships ranging up to $20,000 a year.
Student traditions like Mock Rock, a lip sync dance competition that students invest a semester of practice and time into are a part of the unique Biola experience. Forbes emphasized positive student outcomes connected to events like these in their ranking.
Biola has been acknowledged on other esteemed college ranking lists this fall, including The Princeton Review, ā2024 Best Regional Collegesā list and U.S. News and World Report āBest National University Rankingsā list.
